360° Video for Industry & Manufacturing

Your client stands inside your facility before they ever visit.

360° Video for Industry — What It Makes Possible

A 360° video shows your facility as it really is. Machines, processes, scale and atmosphere, all in one experience. Your audience does not read about it. They stand inside it.

For manufacturing companies, industrial facilities and engineering firms, this changes how you communicate. With clients, with candidates and with the public.

Beyond Gravity uses their Avocado360 VR film at international trade fairs worldwide and for onboarding new colleagues. One production. Used across multiple settings for years.

This is a 360° video. Click and drag with your mouse to look around in every direction, or use your finger on a mobile device. You control the view. Look left, right, up or down.

The square format appears because this is a stereoscopic 3D VR film, originally produced for VR headsets with a separate image for each eye. This creates true depth and a genuine sense of being inside the space. Vimeo cannot display that stereo effect on a flat screen, so the raw format is what you see here.

The full experience plays on VR headsets such as Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro. The same production also runs in widescreen on large displays and at trade fairs, every format from one single shoot.

Where 360° Video Makes a Difference in Industry

Showing Facilities and Machinery
Your production floor, your machines, your processes. A 360° video shows clients and partners exactly what you do and how you do it. Before a single visit is arranged. Before a proposal is sent.
Trade Fairs and Client Presentations
At a trade fair, every stand competes for the same attention. A VR headset changes that immediately. Visitors put it on and stand inside your facility. That is not something a brochure or a flat screen can do.

Recruiting for Industrial Roles
Skilled workers want to know what they are walking into. A 360° film of your workplace shows the environment, the team and the scale of the operation. Candidates make better decisions. You attract people who genuinely fit.

Beyond Gravity production facility — Avocado360 360° VR film

Beyond Gravity — Complex Technology Made Visible

Beyond Gravity builds precision systems for the space industry. Their facilities and processes are complex. Explaining them to clients, partners and new colleagues is a challenge.

Avocado360 produced a stereoscopic 3D VR film of their production environment. Beyond Gravity now uses it at international trade fairs worldwide and for onboarding new colleagues. One production. Multiple uses. Running for years.

"They provide a realistic insight into our production environments even without being on site." Beyond Gravity, Zürich

Why 360° Video Works for Industrial Companies

You Cannot Always Bring People On Site
Security restrictions, location, scheduling. Many industrial facilities cannot simply open their doors to every client or candidate. A 360° film brings the site to them. Accurately. Without compromise.
Scale and Complexity Become Clear Immediately
A brochure cannot show the scale of a production hall. A flat video gets close but never quite delivers it. A 360° film puts the viewer inside the space. They feel the dimensions. They understand the operation.
One Production. Used Everywhere.
The same film runs on a VR headset at a trade fair, on your website, in a client presentation and in your onboarding programme. You produce once. You use it across every channel for years.
Produced With Your Operations in Mind
We plan every shoot around your production schedule. Minimal disruption. We know industrial environments. We have worked in precision engineering, space technology and energy infrastructure.

Produced once in Switzerland. Experienced anywhere in the world.

Your VR film is a file. It can be sent to a daughter company in Asia, a partner in the United States or a new colleague in any country. Anyone with a VR headset can put it on and stand inside your facility. No travel. No coordination. No delay.

This makes a 360° VR production one of the most efficient communication tools an industrial company can have. You produce once. You distribute globally. Indefinitely.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you film inside a restricted or secure facility?

Yes. We have experience filming in precision engineering facilities, energy infrastructure and aerospace environments. We work within your security protocols and adapt the shoot plan accordingly.

Sensitive areas can be excluded entirely. The rest of the facility is captured as agreed. We sign NDAs and comply with any access restrictions your organisation requires.

How disruptive is the shoot to our daily operations?

Minimal. We plan every shoot around your production schedule. Our team is compact and efficient. In most cases the facility continues to operate normally during filming.

We discuss timing, access routes and any operational constraints in advance. The goal is always to get the footage we need with the least possible impact on your day.

What equipment do visitors need to watch the film at a trade fair?

A VR headset such as Meta Quest is the most impactful option. Visitors put it on and stand inside your facility within seconds. No technical knowledge required on their part.

The same film also runs on a large screen or monitor without a headset. We advise on the best setup for your stand depending on your space and audience.

Is a 360° VR film the same as a virtual tour?

No. A 360° VR film is a cinematic production. It takes the viewer through a guided experience with movement, sound and a defined flow. It is produced like a film and played back like one.

A virtual tour is interactive. The viewer navigates freely, clicks on hotspots and explores at their own pace. Both formats have their place. We produce both and advise on which fits your goal.

Can the film be shown without an internet connection?

Yes. The film is loaded directly onto the VR headset. It plays from the device without any internet connection. This makes it fully reliable at trade fairs, in remote facilities and in locations with no network access.

This also means the film can be distributed globally. Send the file to a daughter company in Asia or a partner in any country. Anyone with a compatible headset can load it and watch it immediately.

How long does a VR film stay current before it needs updating?

Most industrial VR films run for three to five years before anything needs updating. If your facility changes significantly, individual scenes can be reshot without replacing the entire production.

Beyond Gravity has been using their Avocado360 VR film at international trade fairs and for onboarding for several years. The investment pays for itself many times over.
