Planet Red Bull – Action Sports in 360°
When breathtaking action sports meet a planetarium full dome, when tools first have to be found and built to be able to perform high-definition filming in 360 degrees, and when five top athletes become part of a project that has never been seen before anywhere in the world: Then you have landed on Planet Red Bull.
The Verkehrshaus Planetarium celebrates a real-world premiere with “Planet Red Bull – Action Sports in 360°”: Never before have athletes been accompanied and filmed in such an up-close and intense way to show the footage across the entire 360° full dome of a planetarium.
Planet Red Bull takes you to the mountains near Crans-Montana with freeskier Fabian Bösch, to the race track with the Red Bull Driftbrothers Joe and Elias-Hountondji, to the skate hall Skillspark with skateboarder Simon Stricker and to the mountains of Laax with freestyle motocrosser Mat Rebeaud and his electro motorbike. In addition to unique and unprecedented images, the athletes themselves accompany you through the film – with their thoughts, emotions, and all their passion.
The full dome video makes Planet Red Bull an unforgettable experience for young and old – for all those who love sport and want to take a new look at the world of adrenaline-charged top-class action sports.
